Just thinking

Just thinking…composure and graciousness should be pre-requisites for any management position. The ability to remain calm when problems surfaced is vital.

Quiet observation fm an ex-colleague I bumped into & had a 15 minutes conversation with, “You have mellowed considerably in the past year, haven’t you?”

He is right. I think I have mellowed considerably too. I am just not sure if this is for the better.
